The Process

Four stages. One standard.

Every client we welcome moves through the same structured advisory process — from the first conversation to the moment a passport is in your hand. The stages are clear. We operate at the highest industry standard.

Why this matters

Most CBI firms process applications. We sit with you first.

Most firms in this industry take a file the moment it is offered, because they earn their fee on submission. PassPro works differently. We sit with you first. We assess your profile in depth, and we confirm your eligibility before any financial commitment is made. The reason is simple: a denial under one Caribbean programme can close the door to the others. The five Caribbean CBI units share information, and a rejection from one unit is visible to the rest. Protecting that one chance is, in many cases, the most important thing we do for a client — and it is why we handle every file with care.

Every client's journey begins as a conversation.
  1. Stage 01

    At your convenience

    Initial Call

A discreet, confidential conversation. No paperwork. No commitment.

We listen first. The conversation covers where your life is — your circumstances, your priorities, the timeline you have in mind, and any constraints we should know about. We do not ask you for documents at this stage, and we do not press for a decision. You leave with a clearer sense of what a second citizenship would actually mean for your family, and we leave with enough understanding to know whether and how to take the conversation forward.

  2. Stage 02

    Week One

    Diagnosis & Proposal

A written assessment and a formal proposal — prepared together, delivered as one decision-ready file.

The Diagnosis is prepared by our senior advisors and CBI specialists — a programme-by-programme analysis of your file across speed, cost, family inclusion, residency, visa-free reach, and processing record, with the considerations that matter most for your circumstances highlighted. The Proposal follows in the same hand: it names the programme, the investment route, the family members included, the full cost picture, the expected timeline, and the considerations worth understanding before you commit. You take it away. You think about it. Our fee is fixed regardless of the route you choose, so the recommendation reflects your priorities.

  3. Stage 03

    Three to six months

    Investment Return

The government takes over. In-depth due diligence, the formal interview, and then the moment that matters most — your passport, in your hand.

Once your application is submitted, the Citizenship by Investment Unit conducts its own independent, in-depth due diligence — every name, every source-of-funds document, every country you have lived in is verified through international background-check networks. You will be invited to a formal interview, typically conducted at an embassy, consulate, or by secure video link — a calm, structured conversation about your application. From that point, the unit takes the file through internal review and Cabinet approval. We stay close through every checkpoint, responding to any follow-up questions from the unit on your behalf. The return on your investment arrives at the end: your new passport, hand-delivered or collected at the consulate of your choice.

  4. Stage 04

For as long as you hold the passport

    Lifetime

What happens after I get my citizenship? Your relationship with PassPro begins the day your passport is issued — and continues for as long as you hold it.

PassPro's work does not end when your citizenship is approved. From the moment the passport is in your hand, we remain on hand for the things that matter over the long arc of holding a second nationality: passport renewals, adding family members (children born after approval, new spouses), updating personal details, and answering the questions that arise as your family travels, banks, and structures around two citizenships rather than one.

Document set

What we'll ask you to provide.

Most clients are surprised by how much rigour the CBI units expect. The document set is deliberate — it allows the unit to verify identity, standing, and source of funds with no shortcuts. We help you assemble it piece by piece. You will not be sent a long list and left to figure it out.

  • Government-issued ID

Valid passport and, where available, driver's licence.

  • Birth certificate

Original, attested by the issuing country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  • Marriage certificate

Where applicable; same MoFA attestation requirement.

  • Bank statements

Twelve months at the time of application — proof of funds.

  • Proof of residence

Recent utility bill (or equivalent) showing your residential address.

  • Police clearance certificate

From your country of citizenship and any country you have resided in for more than six months over the past ten years.

  • Source-of-funds documentation

Letters, statements, deeds, sale documents, salary records — whatever evidences how the investment funds were earned.

  • Property reservation

Only if you are investing through the real estate route. We help you select and contract.

Our Full Refund Guarantee

Eligibility confirmed before commitment. A full refund if denied.

We assess every profile in depth and confirm eligibility against the CBI unit's published standards before any financial commitment is made. If a file we have accepted is denied by the relevant CBI Unit, we refund every payment made on the file — including the government's non-refundable fees. The financial loss is ours to absorb, not the client's to bear.

We stand behind every file we accept. That is the standard our clients have come to expect, and it is the difference between considered advisory and volume processing.

The formal intake

Ready to begin your disclosure?

The PassPro Disclosure Form is the formal intake document — the same dataset the relevant CBI Unit will ask for when we file your application. Fill it at your own pace, save as you go, share a resume link with a spouse or family-office advisor if helpful. Reviewed only by PassPro's senior advisory team.

After approval

The relationship doesn't end at citizenship.

Acquiring a second citizenship is a partnership that lasts a lifetime, not a transaction. After approval, PassPro stays with you for passport renewals, adding newborns and qualifying family members, consular guidance, and the steady drumbeat of programme updates that affect existing citizens. No retainers. No recurring fees. We are reachable when you need us.
